"room was quite comfortable….fridge was not working….check in was slow due to only one staff available…also restaurant service was slow and we had to ask to have our order taken…"

"The room was beautiful with a good distribution. The check in was fast, but the gave us the wrong room and we have to switch. A room for four only have two bath towels, we have to ask for extras and also one pillow per person, and we are use to have two per person. The bed was not comfy as we expected from a five star hotel. The breakfast was good but the sitting us in a table that was not clean and ready. We have dinner at Ushin and the service and the food was really good but too slow, I think they don’t have enough servers."
