"I initially got an apartment with a wifi issue. So, had no internet for one day. I was then moved to a different apartment where wifi was OK but the bathroom kept overflowing and water went all over the place even in the bedroom. I complained and nothing was done. I purchased an iphone 14 pro max and it was delivered to concierge but it disappeared from the parcel room. I kept looking for it for 5 days and it was not found.
