"What an amazing hotel with the happiest staff I’ve seen in Vietnam. Jackie the manager was truly amazing from when we arrived to when we left. Giving us all the information of where to shop, see, eat and go to train street. Highly recommend hotel for everybody’s needs and Jackie will go out of his way to help you. Breakfast was amazing fresh, big variety and a great view of the city. The rooftop bar was great, very hot in June though but lovely in the late evening. The

"Hotel was very accommodating to our family. They were being refurbished so many things were brand new in our room but also were not 100% ready for guest. They still allowed our family to stay to avoid the hassle of an additional reservation. I was so appreciative of that. Very friendly and helped direct us to local activities. The location is very busy during rush hour and can be intimidating to navigate so I would not recommend the stay to a family with small children or elderly relatives. "
