"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The beach is stunning, peaceful, and a perfect escape from the busy city atmosphere. Although the location is a little far from Da Nang city centre, the quiet surroundings and beachfront setting make up for it. The buffet breakfast is sensational, and honestly the food across all the restaurants was incredible. The dining experience was probably the highlight of our stay and one of the main reasons I’d consider returning. The rooms are also beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. However, the service unfortunately did not match what I would expect from a luxury resort. Pool service was extremely slow, often requiring us to ask multiple times for simple things. Housekeeping was also disappointing on several occasions. After spending the day by the pool, I would return to my room around 4pm expecting it to be refreshed, only to find no fresh towels, no bottled water, and room service dishes from the previous night still sitting on the table. For a luxury hotel, that level of service feels below standard. Overall, the resort has amazing facilities, fantastic food, and a beautiful beach, but the inconsistent service lets it down. Would I stay at the Hyatt again? I’m honestly not sure — the food would probably be the main reason I’d return."

"Stayed two nights what a mistake very expensive for Vietnam. They charge a high price with almost no amenities. Food is not good and way over priced for Vietnam. Service almost none existent you are held hostage in the property once park closes around 6pm till it opens the next day 6-7 am. They over charge you for everything water,food,etc. what I found pretty ridiculous from the start at checking you pay for cable car access to the hotel which is at the top of the mountain after being booked at the hotel so if you don’t pay you can’t get there pretty scamming if you ask me. I never go back. The park is impressive and worth a day visit maybe a one night stay once."

"We chose this hotel based on reviews of how good they were about a pregnant mother's health and treatments. The daily massages had a wide range of options my wife could chose from and she loved every day. The food was amazing. Both the included breakfast and the reseraunts on site. We have traveled the world and have never been more willing to cancle a return flight and extend our stay."
