A nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is very quiet, 1.2 km from the city center but the hotel has a small golf bus to go back and forth from the city center to the hotel. The swimming pool is relatively large. Food for breakfast is good. Highly recommended!

Good location, poor service
The place was easy to find and the location was good for a short stay. The breakfast was mostly local food but there are cafes and restaurants nearby to grab s bite. The service is not great though, cold and uninterested.

It’s pity
Even this hotel is new and clean i would say if you are foreigner, you should think carefully. Because their staff can speak Little English only receptionist can communicate but we still have to use google translations. Maid and others can’t use English. We booked family suite for 2 nights but we get 2 double rooms with crystal clear mirror door separated from another rooms. It doesn’t work because the door can’t lock!! We tell the staff about that they come and see .... nothing change. Most highlight that we decide to choose this hotel is swimming pool bus sadness they close at 7pm and that day they close swimming pool for maintenance with out tell us since we checked in . I called reception about this thing we can’t understand each other so i came down to get more explain but i get that the swimming pool close today... while you announce like this !!!

Good location and nice staff
Close to dragon bridge and night market. Great staff. Small but efficient pool with good view on rooftop with a little bar beside it. Room clean and modern

Watch the city come alive from the rooftop
The Sepon Blue is a great hotel, with a nice pool on the rooftop and an amazing view of the city and the sea. Watching the lights come on in the evening and the full moon rising over the sea was the best. It was a bit too long a walk for me, to the sea, about 20 minutes or to the Dragon Bridge about the same...this may not matter for others. It has a good buffet breakfast but no other food all day...and you must walk to find restaurants. The staff are wonderful! Very helpful and I felt secure there.

I did like the hotel. It was close to wverything we needed. Theu advertised a resturant...but it only sold the included breakfast. As well as i wish they would have longer pool hours into then evening. I also found it weird how when we drank drinks from the fridge in the room, we were charged seperatly instead of being charhed to the credit card. Overall had a great stay

I love the pool. But it had short night hours. I would have loved to soak in the pool after my day adventures were completed. I did not like when we went to go check out a couple drinks we drank fro. The fridge....i stead of being charged to our credit card and was forced ro aying them in cash. And i felt that the restaurant should have be adverted differetly....becuase we were only able to get breakfast there...and when trying to get different meals. There was nobody to help us or take our order. I did lole how the hotel would arrage for tours, car rentals, and ect..

We had a bad experience with this hotel. Our bathroom lock was broken therefore we couldn't even lock it. House cleaning never happened for our room. Our trash was full and we had no where to throw it. We ran out of toilet paper because it was never refill. We were on the top floor and there was music playing early in the morning therefore we couldn't even sleep. Overall, it's one of the worst hotel we stayed at.

Good hotel
If you like going to the beach, the hotel is walking distance to the beach. Clean facilities. But the walls are very thin. Can hear the voices outside all the time. Breakfast is all local food.

The pictures of this hotel are fairly deceiving. Thankfully our stay was only for one night before transit to Hoi An. The staff seems friendly but some of them do not understand English very well. Rooms were not very clean. I would not advise this hotel for accomondation.

Very good value budget hotel...
Very good budget hotel. Located about 10 minutes walk from both the beach and the city centre. Great little rooftop bar and pool with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Well worth a look for the price.

Beds are EXTREMELY hard
The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice. Their English was just okay but we managed the get by. My only major complaint were the beds. I’ve never experienced such a stiff bed in my life. This thing flew past firm and went straight to hard. It was like sleeping on a tatami mat. Also our air conditioning didn’t work so great, but our parents’ did in their room so I suspect it was just an issue with ours.

Great value
The hotel is in a business district, and is walking distance to the beautiful beach. There are many nice restaurants in the area, and within walking distance as well. The hotel is very clean - lobby is attractively staged, elevators and hallways are all polished and quiet. Front desk staff and bellmen are knowledgeable, courteous, cheerful. Room is spaceous. Beds are comfortable. Sheets, pillows and duvets are clean, smell fresh. Bathroom amenities are plenty. Towels are soft and smell clean. Breakfast area is clean and inviting. There are handful of yummy local dishes, as well as western ones, All is delicious. Restaurant staff are professional and expedient. My 2 night stay was very comfortable and enjoyable

The staffs were great. There was a bit of mix up in the beginning and they went out of their way to fix it. The breakfast selection includes local good which is awesome. Nice pool, too

Nice pool, great views.
Room was nice enough - actually a two room suite with 3 beds. Unfortunately the king size bed had the least comfortable mattress, so I didn’t sleep well. Rooftop pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. The view is great and the location is not far from the beach. Overall a nice stay.

Great roof top pool and views
The hotel is relatively new so is in good condition. The staff was polite and spoke a bit of English which made it nice. They helped me to rent a motorbike for my stay which I was grateful as the area is not really conducive for walking the street as the hotel is on a major highway. Even located on a major highway, the noise proofing was good and I was not bothered by the street noise. I booked a room with an ocean view so my room face straight down the highway and ocean. The morning sunrise was amazing. My only wish was the room was a bit bigger with bigger windows. The rooftop pool offered amazing views! Overall, I would stay there again.

Bonjour, n ayant séjourné dans cet hôtel que 2 jours car la police est venu me chercher pour une quarantaine, le personnel m’avait dit qu’il vont me rembourser des jours restants sur ma réservation, j’attends toujours le remboursement de la différence, soit 12 jours. Merci de demander à l’établissement le remboursement.

미케비치와 가까운 편이고 호텔 가격은 저렴한 편입니다. 호텔 직원의 친절도는 만족하나 호텔 관리 상태는 좋지 못합니다. 방 안에 많은 개미가 벽을타고 돌아다녀서 다른 방으로 옮겼는데 바꾼 방에 도마뱀 한 마리가 돌아다녀 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 늦은 시간이라 또 방을 바꾸기 미안해서 그 날렵한 도마뱀과 설전을 벌인 후 운명을 다한 도마뱀을 확인 후 쉴 수 있었습니다. 현지 환경 상 도마뱀이 많은 건 그렇다 쳐도 개미가 많은 건 관리 소흘이 아닌지 의심됩니다. 시설도 좋은 편이 아니라 청결하고 깔끔한 숙소를 원하시는 분들은 다른 숙소를 추천 드립니다.

Breakfast is simple but taste is nice Excellent location, easy to be found and near the airport, dragon bridge and the beach, surrounded with local food and seafood restaurants Sound-proofing has to be improved, and remind visitors to keep quiet after 12

厠所去水位有臭味出來，應是無用U形去水管所致，第一天連抽氣扇也壞了，還好第二天修好，其他就很好

The pool it s great but they close it very early. The restaurant it s horrible.

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
별로였어요
개미가 많았어요. 조식은 보통이며, 수영장은 괜찮은데 작았어요. 화장실 문은 잠그지마세요. 그러면 갖혀버려요. 첫날 이불이 더러웠어요. 사생활 보호 전혀안되요. 방과방사이는 벽이 아니라 문으로 구분되어 있습니다. 택시 기사들이 이 호텔을 거의 몰라요. 니셉션 직원들은 친절한편이에요. 화장실에는 냄새가 심해요. TV신호가 약해서 화면이 엉망이에요.
