Convenient location and clean room. Shower and WC are in separate/independent glass cubicle whose glass panels are overlaid with non-see through film. There are many TV channels to choose from, though majority are either dubbed or in Vietnamese.

Great location. Right next to the beach. There are many restaurants and mini marts on the same street. However, there are also lots of noisy & dusty constructions going on nearby. Avoid the second floor - there is no view.

서비스 룸컨디션 모두 안좋았습니다. 방에 들어서자 마자 담배냄세가 가득했으며 벽에는 페인트가 떨어지고 룸교환을 요청하였으나 창문도 없은 독방을 배정해주고 스텐다드만을 왜치며 두리안냄세가 가득한 방을 주었습니다. 로비에는 바퀴벌래 죽은것들이 있었으며 냉장고에는 끈적한 액체가 묻은것들이 있었습니다. 하우스 키퍼들은 안에 사람이 있음에도 카드키를 이용하여 마음대로 문을 여닫았으며 어떤 서비스도 기대하기 어려웠습니다. 현지 유심을 사용하여 휴대폰을 사용하였으나 위호텔에서는 잘 터지지도 않았고 와이파이 신호는 잘잡히나 와이파이 데이터사용은 불가하였습니다. 공항에 떠나기전 샤워만을 생각하고 방을 예약했음에도 이런 불만사항이 나오는걸 생각한다면 절대 숙박으로는 이용하지 않을 시설과 서비스 입니다. 그냥 만원더 내고 더좋은 호텔에서 머무시길 추천합니다.

The price is good but housekeeping was very poor. They never vacuum my room floor, never change my bed sheets and pillow cases during the 7 days stay. Always forgot to refill the toilet paper, tissue paper and the soap. The charged laundry service was not returned on time and all the clothes was dumped into a plastic bag after cleaning. All the clothes was wrinkled. The breakfast room was dirty, table mats were never washed. Food was good though.

Good hotel
The hotel is very good and comfortable. The bedroom has a excellent size, very spacious and clean. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast, almost all the dishes available were Asian. The pool is a bit too small but is possible to enjoy if not packed.

Nice location but many other cleaner choices.
This is probably one of the most in comfortable places we have ever stayed. The toilet and shower are glass enclosed so you can watch anyone staying with you. The public areas ( washrooms ) were very, very dirty. The bedroom had mild growing. It is close to the beach.

格安で文句無しのホテル
今回２年ぶりに2度目の滞在をしました。 格安ホテルなのに、部屋は綺麗だし、ベットは大きくて快適です。 また、立地もビーチまで徒歩5分ほどでかなり近く、ダナンではタクシーが安いのでタクシー移動になるかと思うのですが、タクシーがたくさん止まっている場所も近くにあり、移動にも便利です。 ドアマンもいて、そのドアマンが日本好きの方でカタコトの日本語を頑張って話してくれるなど、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。 また泊まりたいです。

가성비 매우매우 굳!
다른 후기에서 본 불친절함이나 청결 문제는 전혀 없었고 오히려 매우 친절한 직원분들과 깨끗함에 놀랐습니다. 사실 소규모 호텔이라 보안 등이 우려되었는데 전혀 문제 없었고요. 가격 대비 정말 좋은 숙소에서 편하게 묵었습니다. 단점이라면 수영장이 매우 작다는 것. 주변에 음식점이나 호텔들이 좀 있어서 장점이긴 하지만 아침마다 북적대는 소리로 강제 기상 시간이 당겨진다는 것. 그리고 안전금고가 바닥에 고정되어 있지않아 들고갈 수 있어 좀 불안했는데. 실제 그런 일은 일어나지 않았습니다. 다음에 다시 다낭에 가도 묵을 의향이 있어요.

결혼1주년 여행이라하니 장미꽃 데코레이션과 웰컴음료 제공 등 세심한 서비스가 돋보인다, 수영장은 생각보다 작고 옆건물에서 쾅쾅쾅 아침부터 공사를 하여 수영장을 온전히 즐기긴 어렵지만, 그 외의 청결도, 음식, 데스크 직원들의 서비스마인드는 베트남 여행중 묵은 숙소중에 가장 뛰어나다고 생각한다. 오토바이 렌탈서비스와 비치에 갈때 비치타월 제공 등 요청하는 사항에 대해 최선을 다해서 해결해주려 한다.

가족과 함께 공항 오기 전 쉬어가는 곳으로 선택한 호텔이에요. 정말 저렴한 가격에 잘 쉬다 왔네요. 저렴한 가격에 옥상에 수영장까지 있어서 조카들은 신나게 놀기까지. 조식까지 주는 곳인데, 저희는 이른 체크아웃으로 못먹은게 아쉽아쉽!! 잘 놀고 쉬다 왔습니다. 감사해요 ^^

Good stay but don’t expect staff can give travel s
Very nice with the price, near to the beach and a la carte (only walking distance). Have restaurants around the hotel so u won’t feel too hungry. We stay in a room with balcony and it’s very comfortable. One thing I get disappointed is I expect staff would help us with the travel plan and suggest us good places to go. However it didn’t happened and staff’s english need to be improved.

My sea view room in 6th floor. Just next the construction site. The worker can see my room closely. It is machine noise starts (i booked 2 night) every morning 6 am. It is ridiculous. I didn't see any remark or comments from Hotels.com It is very disappointed.

Чистый отель в тихой улочке, но рядом с пляжем.
По прибытию в отель наши номера были заняты, нам предложили поселиться в менее комфортные комнаты на двое суток из трёх забронированых, пообещав компенсацию за неудобства.Деваться было некуда, была ночь .Это было единственным минусом в нашем проживании.На третьи сутки нам предоставили номера более дорогие, чем мы бронировали и при выезде выплатили компенсацию за неудобства при заселении.В целом, отель нам очень понравился.Чистота в номерах и местах общего пользования.Матрас и подушки были лучшими, из всех мест, где мы останавливались.Завтраки не отличались разнообразием, но все было свежим и горячим.Детского питания не предусмотрено.Расположение тоже очень удобное : практически первая улица в небольшой улочке.Рядом много ресторанчиков и магазинчиков.Рекомендую этот отель для отдыха.

ビーチ近くの移動に便利なブティックホテル
エクスペディア新規登録ホテルということもあり2泊しました。 日本でいうならば小綺麗なゆったりしたビジネスホテルです。 朝食スタッフの態度に腹立ちましたが、文化の違いと思えば怒りも静まりました。 ●ロケーション ダナン空港から15分程度（80,000VND)程度。ハン市場まで45,000VND程度。ビーチは歩いて２～３分です。移動の際、ホテルドアマンに言えば好みのタクシーを（ビナサン、マイリン、地元の黄色いタクシー）を大声で呼んでくれます。 ●ホテル全般 11階建て、築年数浅くきれいなホテルです。ロビー階がGF、その上が１F（朝食レストラン）、２Fから客室。最上階は造作中と思われるルーフトップバー（現在はフリースペース）と小さなプール。 ●WiFi 客室、レストラン共に４G並みですが天候が悪いと遅くなります。 ●客室 10Fテラス付きに宿泊。概ねエクスペディアの画像の通りです。ベッドが心地よいです。 画像アップしますが、トイレとシャワーブースがガラス張り（すりガラス）で、よほど気心がしれていないと2人で泊まるには勇気がいるのでは？と思います。コンセントの画像もアップします。 水回りもよく、湯温安定しています。 ●アメニティ ティッシュペーパー、バスローブなし。シャンプーとボディソープは東南アジア全般に言えることですが、泡立ち悪く持参をお勧めします。歯ブラシあり。 ●朝食 比較的早い時間は混みますが、席が無くなることはないと思います。オムレツは厨房で焼いてくれます。普通においしいですが、牛乳があればよかった。（甘いSOYミルクあり） ●スタッフ フロントGOODです。しかし、朝食のスタッフは国民性の違いか、若いフロアスタッフと厨房のスタッフで笑いながら話し込んでいて、オムレツを頼んだら嫌な顔をされました。教育が悪いかな。 ●周辺 ミニマート2件ありますが、ホテルを出て右側はお土産的な店。飲み物スナック類は左に100ｍほど進んだミニマートが良いです。 マッサージ店は5～6軒ありますが、遅い時間は混んでいます。だいたいフット１Hで250,000VND、チップ別です。 食事は豊富にありますが韓国人向けが多く、大きな店はかなり煩いです。 フロントの美人がとても印象的なホテルでした。 豪華さはないが過ごしやすいホテルです。次に行く機会があればリバーサイドを選ぶかな。

Amazing staff and stay!
The location was great and the staff was very service minded. They upgraded our whole stay to the VIP-rom and it was amazing. I would recommend to everyone!
