旧市街から歩いて10分ほどで田園風景がすぐ横に広がる静かな場所にあるこのホテル、とてもおすすめです！お部屋も綺麗でスタッフもとても親切で朝食もすごくおいしかったです。自転車も無料で借りられるので、緑溢れる田園内をのんびりサイクリングすることもできました。とてもリラックスできてまた次ホイアンに来たらZen Hotelに宿泊しようと思います。

Excellent stay!! The most beautiful and attentive staff, spacious rooms, very clean, walking distance to the bustling old town or you can ride to town with free bikes provided. Breakfast was delicious with large servings. They organized transport to and from danang, helped organize tours and spa treatments. Cannot fault the service or stay at all!! Just perfect.

This was an amazing stay. The owners are a small family and the staff was very quiet, polite, and accommodating. The breakfast was included and was substantial with fresh fruit every morning. The rooms was very cosy and clean. The pool was well maintained and refreshing. We would definitely return here on our next trip to Hoi An. An easy 15 minutes walk along the river to Old Town and so many dining options within walking distance.

Highly recommended!
The hotel located about 45 minutes from DANANG airport but they can arrange pick up for about $19 in private car. This hotel is close to the old town in Hoi An, clean and big room. The staffs are super friendly.

Very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast included. Arranged a motor bike rental for me (it was dropped off / picked up - zero hassle). Gave great advice. Location is walking distance to Old Town Hanoi and beach. Free bicycle usage (I used it many times).

Zen is definitely the right name for this boutique
Wow what a beautiful boutique Zen is! We stayed 4 nights and truly loved it. The styling is the best we saw in Vietnam, the bedroom was so relaxing and the bed (mattress, pillows, duvet) made for a perfect nights sleep. Breakfast was a delicious and colourful feast which we looked forward to each day. Good WiFi connection and we used the free bicycles to cycle to the coconut baskets. Nice 20 minute walk into the old town area. Perfect location, you won’t regret staying here. Seemed like a family business and we were always greeted but them.

Amazing stay. Clean rooms with a beautiful zen-like design, nice bathrooms, and the breakfast was amazing. Service is impeccable, as we got a lot of recommendations on what to do in Hoi An! The location is a bit further from ancient town (15 min walk) but they provide free bikes for you! Overall very relaxing and perfect.

Great little gem!
We loved our stay here. It is on a pretty quiet street. The rooms are huge, with very comfortable beds. We found the staff to be very helpful, especially Will at the reception desk. The breakfast was very good, and varied a bit each day. The bikes are in good condition, which we used to go to the beach and ride around the rice fields.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The breakfast is very good and the service excellent. It’s a walking distance to the night market and other attractions in the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel while in Hoi An.

Extremely Pleasant Stay
From arrival, right through the 3 nights we had at "Zen" All the staff were Very personal, caring and attentive to any & All queries and questions we had. Amazing stay! Beds were the comfiest I’ve had in all of Vietnam and rooms were spacious and clean. Service was hit or miss depending on who you got, but that being said, still worth the book.

We really loved this hotel, the pictures are accurate and the cleanliness was stellar. Breakfast is very good with western and local options. The pool is large and relaxing after a day trekking through the ancient village. As for the service it was divided, Thuong was amazingly informative and very helpful down to every detail, as well as explaining to us his Vietnamese culture, traditions and lifestyle. Vy on the other hand was good at booking tours but lacked the fine detail that left a few of are outings less than perfect. And be careful if you book the hotel private driver for trips to Bana Hills or the airport they understand Next to no english. Upon exit however l think they dropped the ball checked out at 12 and informed them that are luggage need a bellman, waited in lobby 30 minutes and no luggage. So just a heads up, you may need to carry your own luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs, but once again l think if Thoung would have been working during are check out it would have been taken care of. Regardless, l would still recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Find your inner Zen
It was amazing great staff,great location and magnificent establishment. The hotel is an easy walk to the main part of town but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. Stayed 6 nights was the best place by far.

Room is very good size. No shelf for shower gel n shampoo in shower. Had to put on the flr. Requested for checkout at 1 instead of 12 on last day. Was told it was not possible because hotel was fully booked but the type of room we stayed in was still available for booking on hotels.com for that day.

The hotel was great an oasis of calm. For my budget it was amazing. It is a 20min walk from the center which for me was no problem. The room and bathroom was great. I planned to stay one night but ended up staying four. The breakfast was fresh fruit and a host of other delights which changed daily. The staff are also so helpful and keen to make your stay pleasant. Highly recommend!

5 star accommodation, amazing staff who are so friendly & helpful, nothing was too much bother for them. Breakfasts were fabulous. A 15 min walk to the centre of town. Book the room with the bathtub!
I booked the nicest room, mostly for the bathtub! It didn’t disappoint. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was phenomenal - soft sheets, fluffy duvet and pillows. The breakfasts were very good - so much food! Pool looked lovely although I didn't use it due to the weather. It was great to be able to borrow a book from the little library. I booked a few things through the hotel. One was a $10 tour to My Son that I do not recommend - huge group of 60 people, obnoxious guide, poor lunch on a boring boat ride. You get what you pay for - next time I would happily spend twice that for the smaller tour. But don’t miss My Son - it’s incredible! I also did the Bay May Eco cooking class which I enjoyed - ask if you can be in Hi’s group. I was picked up for that class early so make sure you are ready before the time they tell you. Lastly, the hotel arranged a car to take me to the airport for a good price. The location wasn’t as quiet as I thought it would be, but not a huge deal. I think I might consider staying closer to the old town if I were to return. It’s not a long walk, unless you do it a few times a day or in the rain. :) It all depends on the length of your stay, your activities and your priorities. The Hotel does have bicycles you can borrow and taxis are cheap, to be fair. I do think two things were missing for a hotel of this caliber: each room should be equipped with robes and a big umbrella. Those are my only suggestions for improvement.

This was our favourite hotel in Vietnam. There is a nice pool which is under cover. The breakfast was very good & the rooms spacious & clean. We got upgraded from superior to a deluxe room when we arrived. It had a huge bathroom & balcony & was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help us. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Its about 10-15 min walk to the old town.

This new hotel is cozy and comfort! Staff are nice and helpful, guiding the things to do in Hoi An. The breakfast is definitely a surprise, yummy and full. Can take a 15mins walk to the old town of Hoi an.

Strongly recommended.
The hotel is well designed, modern, has a relaxing ambience, especially the pool area where the owner could have made into two more rooms but intead s/he had a pool installed. The staff is very friendly & helpful, speaking English well. Breakfast is great, with home cooked, local dishes on top of a bowl of healthy oatmeal with fruits and yogurt, etc. The only complaint I had is the location, which is quite far from the Old Quarter. But then after spending the day in the heat, noisy and polluting traffic & crowd, returning to a relaxing place is a reward. Besides, Hoi An’s taxi service is pretty efficient, the price reasonable, just 30-50k đồng per trip to Old Town, about US$ 2 at the most. I booked three nights at Zen Villa, and have no regret. Would do it again.

Location, peace and quiet
From the moment we checked in we were impressed. The room was clean and modern (and huge). The breakfast was a nice surprise, filled us up until the afternoon. The staff were helpful, arranging tours and transfers etc. Highly recommend Zen Villa!

Great stay
I stayed for two nights and had a great stay. It was a standard room which was a good size and had a lovely bathroom with big walk in shower. The room was filled with natural light and had a huge comfy bed. My friend had the upgraded room spec which was a bigger bathroom with tub and balcony. The staff were very friendly and gave me loads of info on the area when I arrived and were helpful throughout. The location was good, a bit far from the main town but walkable in 20 mins. You can also take a free bike and cycle through the countryside. There is no road noise in the rooms. The WiFi was good throughout the hotel and nice to have a library in the reception to read at your leisure. Pool was very clean but not great for sunbathing, only a few loungers. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and tasty (served till 10am so no rush). AC generally worked ok but my top floor room took a while to cool down and cant leave it on whilst outside. Housekeeping done to a high standard, plenty of clean towels, toiletries and free bottled water daily. The only annoyances were the front gates being locked quite early. It was padlocked shut both nights upon arriving back and had to climb over it the first night as no one attended after ringing the bell. Wasn’t warned in advance and would be good if guests had a gate key to come and go as they wish. Also curtains let in all the morning light so was woken early, needed blackout lining. Aside from these would happily stay again :)

Nice New Hotel
Great newer place. Close enough to city center to walk or very cheap taxi. Great staff and a really good breakfast included. Great air conditioning and water pressure.

Wir haben uns in der Zen Boutique Villa sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag super, es stehen Eier-Gerichte oder ein wirklich typische.s Gericht von Hoi An - Cao Lau (probiert es unbedingt) zur Auswahl. Ein ganz grosses Lob an die Mitarbeiterinnen, die uns tolle Tips gegeben haben und immer für uns da waren, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir können das Hotel wirklich jedem nur empfehlen, hier stimmt Preis/Leistung und Freundlichkeit. Guter Ausganspunkt für die ziemlich überlaufene und überaus charmante Altstadt und relativ kurzer Weg zum Strand.

Nice one night stay
We stayed at the hotel only for one night visiting Hoi An. The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very good too, lot of options to choose from. We were hoping to relax a little bit at the pool since we had been traveling quite a lot the previous day's but unfortunately the pool wasn't quite what you would expect from the pictures. We had a scooter rented so it was easy to get around. The hotel is little bit outside from town but still ok distance to walk to the center. Over all we vere quite happy with our stay.
