"A big aspect this resort had to offer was the entertainment. The poolside/ beach games and activities arranged by the entertainment staff were amazing and made my experience so much fun. Pikachu (along with all the other entertainers) were always such good energy and always made things so enjoyable! They did their best to connect with guests and created a great environment for not only adults but kids as well. "

"The room was clean. The service was not that great and they barely clean the rooms when they’re doing maid service. The food selection was good and our package allowed us access to both sides of the resort. The property itself was beautiful and relaxing and had some fun activities. The staff do not tell you much about events or access to things that you have. it also felt very safe as the staff and security made sure when you were leaving and coming back if you left the resort. "
