We enjoyed the river and the ocean and all of the nature that surrounded us. The staff were attentive and kind. The food choices were good and quite delicious and at a fair price. It was a peaceful, rejuvenating resort in a natural environment.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Banyan Tree, and it was an exceptional experience. Each and every member of the staff ensured that our stay was beyond expectation and every detail, including the buggy ride is comfortable for us. When we required assistance, and called the operator, the operator had good knowledge to share with us about getting around the resort and outside the resort. We stayed at the Sanchaya for a weekend. It was my husband birthday. Everything was amazing. By far the best hotel I've stayed in my life!!! They gave us an early check in and late check out... they even bake a surprise cake for my husband... it was a big surprise even for me... They think in advance, their you by the first name... no words to describe how wonderful was our weekend at The Sanchaya.

Great location, private beach

We stayed at Mayang Sari resort between 9 - 12th Dec 2016. Right from the time I booked (and had a few issues -was charged an extra guest fee which was waived, then had to move dates etc) the hotel staff attended to all my queries very patiently (as did Expedia staff who helped me with all my queries - super helpful). The room was spacious, well furnished, clean and tidy. The hotel staff very polite, always smiling and very helpful. The views from our rooms were stunning to say the least....

very good villa, best services provided by the staff. Helped to arrange transportation for spa and dinner alone the way with only 10+ USD. There are so many things to be metioned, but you have to try it out yourself

It is located inside the Nirwana Resort. All the staff were super nice and friendly. The service is the highlight there I would said. We had one whole villa with 3 beds room for our family. Very quiet, pretty and comfortable. We enjoyed a lot of our stay there.
