Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable! We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Following through an air-conditioned walkway for 6-7 minutes will bring you to the Pavilion shopping centre. The hotel extraordinarily convenient in terms of dining & shopping. Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Located in a quiet place. There are taxis waiting outside. Wifi was good. Our 2 units of 1 bedroom were upgraded to a 3-bedroom & a 2-bedroom. That was extravagant! Quiet corridor. Quiet surrounding. Far from busy streets outside. Breakfast was good, located on 48th floor with a good view. Gym was located on 48th & 5th floor. Room was equipped with everything we needed. Reception was polite, prompt & efficient. We couldn’t log in to wifi but was rectified within 5 minutes. My guests were happy...
