"This was our first time at an all inclusive with our boys, age 9 and 11. The experience could not have gone better. There were a lot of activities, pool was awesome, service staff was outstanding. We loved the nightly entertainment, and the food was great. Cornelio at Los Caporales went out of his way to make us a special dessert on our last night. Negatives- beach had a lot of seaweed, though they tried to keep it clean. We loved the pool, so this did not affect us. Also, the sales pitch at the beginning to look at another part of the resort went on too long- we had to say "no" too many times, the guy was pushy and didn't let it go. But, other than that, an absolutely perfect trip. Will definitely be back!"

There was one service provider (Table server) who served us on multiple occasions who was exemplary. A young lady named Blanca. She has a gift for her attentiveness and commitment to quality of service. She couples that with making genuine connections with her guests. A service staff of Blanca's would guarantee return customers.. She should be recognized and rewarded."
