Why go to so much trouble making an exceptional stay, then ruin it all by having your guests go to a hall style buffet where the staff are rude, there’s absolute chaos and customer service doesn’t exist. Ruined our stay. Giving 5 stars for the hotel and hotel staff, but 0 stars for the buffet breakfast. "
