"This hotel was not quite what I expected, but it actually did grow on me after the first day. They called it service apartments, but I will not call it, it’s definitely a hotel. I would describe this as more vintage style than modern, but very well maintained. The staff is outstanding! They were always available, prompt, courteous, and incredibly friendly. The included breakfast was really nice, especially as you could order your own pho and banh mi. There are washers and dryers on each floor....

"The hotel is not expected to be a 5 star hotel, as the facility might require a refresh. Shower is levelled with the kitchen floor, the water from shower always ruin the kitchen area after a shower. The door separated bedroom and the kitchen also seems to be out of shape. However, the staff was amazing, who are always understandable and willing to help. Kudos to all the staff. "

"I’m has booked the grandsiverland hotel but your guy changed my booking to the siverland yen hotel in last minute the siverland too old and no good location for me that why I canceled my next booking with the siverland yen hotel , I’m not happy "

"The hotel was very good but they have problems with the doors.when everyone close the door vas very loud. During the day was not a problem but night time and early in the morning was not very pleasant to hear the loud noise of the door. All others staff was very friendly and helpful when we need help."
