"新しいホテルで部屋自体はとても綺麗でした。ですが、ウォシュレットが壊れていたためスタッフに伝えたところ、「仕方ないですね」的な感じで取り合ってもらえず、部屋の変更もなし。せっかくウォシュレット付きという条件で選んだのに、全く意味がありませんでした。新しいホテルなのに設備の不備と対応の悪さで台無しです。この点を考えると返金してほしいくらいです。 "
