We especially enjoyed the exclusive access to the La Cime lounge, where we indulged in delicious daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening happy hours—top-notch food and impeccable service throughout. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps away from Lotte Department Store DFS, Myeongdong Shopping District, and subway stations that made exploring Seoul a breeze. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and accessibility. Highly recommended! "

"The hotel is located in a very convenient location for transportation, sightseeing and food. It's in cental district of Seoul. The room was clean and provided free wifi, water and slippers. Also the price was very reasonable. Staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would consider to go again after it's renovation."

"Excellent staff and housekeeping service. Hotel is very close to the metro station and plenty of shopping from street vendors to high-end luxury stores. Note check in and out is on 17th floor if you visit after hours. Very clean room, private heating/cooling controls, warm bidet, and free water bottles."
