"The room was impeccable (including the bathroom), lots of storage areas to tuck away bags, great water pressure, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, and very delicious breakfast. If you're sensitive to heat, be very careful; in November they turn off the air conditioning and switch to heating, and there's no way to change it. The bathtub is quite unsafe; you could fall in. "

"Hotel is in a good location, close to palaces and shine as well as the Dongdaemun complex. There is an underground station just in from of the hotel, not mentioning there are lifts to take you up all the way to the street level, though you need to use 2 separate lifts but no problem. Each platform has map of the underground floors as this is intersection of 3 lines and just 4 stops away from Seoul Station. This hotel branch is a smaller to one I have stayed before but the services is just as great. The room was clean, fresh towels and bottle of water provided everyday. The room size was sufficient for me. The breakfast is typical Korean and varies and very nice. Staff were helpful and courteous. If I'm in the area in the future, I'll be definitely booking room at Toyoko Inn. "

"Easy check in process. Nice facilities including free tea and coffee, mini fridge, free use of washing machine. The room is small, big enough for one person but if travelling as a couple with luggage it will be a tight fit. Good value for money and within walking distance of the metro station. I would stay here again."
