"Pan Pacific was amazing from start to finish. The service was impeccable — quick, efficient and genuinely warm, with every member of staff going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The Singapore Slings were delicious, and the pool staff deserve a special mention for being attentive without ever being intrusive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Food throughout the hotel was tasty and very reasonably priced for the quality, and the location is excellent — it really speaks for itself. A wonderful stay and somewhere we would happily return to."

"Where to start? Everything about the hotel was top notch. We arrived in Singapore a little disheveled from debarking our cruise ship and were dressed far too casually for how beautiful the hotel lobby is. No one made us feel out of place. The woman that checked us in treated us like royalty and every staff member we had any contact with was amazing. The room was spectacular. We didn't have a view of the MBS but it didn't matter. Everything was clean and housekeeping was wonderful. Breakfast every day was a treat and I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about any part of our stay. If we end up in Singapore again, it is a no brainer to stay at Fullerton Bay again."
