"The check-in experience was quite disappointing. On Expedia, the check-in time was listed as 2:00 PM, but when we arrived the host told us check-in was actually 3:00 PM. I even sent a screenshot showing the 2:00 PM time. The host suggested we leave our luggage and come back at 3:00 PM. When we returned at 3:00 PM, the cleaning lady was still cleaning and mopping the floors, so the apartment was still not ready. We had to leave again and come back around 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, it was pouring...
