The hotel is so conveniently located and the room was very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Service was excellent as well. The only downside was that the aircon unit had an intermittent sound.

Great room size, staff were very helpful. Room design was both functional and beautiful. Location was good as well with easy accessibility to the Kings cross station. Able to use the gym facilities at PE dept which was great. Breakfast provided was of good quality as well.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Medusa❤️ the hitel is cosy ahd quaint. It has a bright courtyard too. my room had a balcony which was perfect for my morning coffee time. The location is in a relatively quiet area ( there is a bar opposite but the noise is manageable. My room faced it. It quietens down by 10 pm) yet close to Kings’ Cross station - about 3-4 min walk. Lots of cafes around. Coles is 3 min walk. Botanical Gatdens is a 20 min walk through scenic roads. It was perfect for my 3 night...

The toilet no hook.. the towel nowhere to hang.. there is no face towel provided. Bed a bit soft.. no lift so elderly a bit dificult to climb up.. but in general it is spacious.. and price is reasonable.. so still recommended.

We had an amazing 4N stay with helpful friendly staff like Vanessa who pointed 3 hungry travellers who arrived after lunch hour to a lovely Thai cafe. Our puppy was treated like a princess with a welcome bed, a bottle of water and treats laid out for her. The large balcony was a good space for us to relax and enjoy the cold windy fresh air. Location is safe and convenient! Train station and bus stops are within 10 mins walk! Excellent!

The room was a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The washing machine was a little wonky, but it worked fine in the end. The location is super convenient—right near the bus stop and close to Coles, which made shopping easy. The area also felt very safe, which gave me peace of mind during my stay.
