We needed to laundry and there was no laundry in the hotel but staff helped us find services nearby. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay as a family. The rooms with four single beds is a life saver for us and appreciated that immensely. "

Perhaps I got spoiled by staff members at other Japanese hotels, who were extremely cuorteous and friendly. My room was quite cold. A better heating system would be helpful.
