"A very average hotel in a great location. If you all want is a clean hotel close to Shibuya (in a quieter part) this is totally fine. I only spent one night here but it was fine. The room was a bit tired but no issues. WiFi worked. Shower was good. Bed was fine. Room was tiny but serviceable. "

"Although it is common that hotels are tiny in Japan. The room is very clean. The only thing missing since our room is located in an annex building, theirs is no water and ice dispenser. Location is within walking to Shibuya station, Shibuya Crossing, commercial and restaurants and airport limousine. Staff are welcoming. We did not use parking since we are travelling by gullet train, train and Uber."

"Great place to stay. The A/C is controlled by the hotel even though you have controls in the room. At night it gets warm though. Seems they turn it off at night or something. Very uncomfortable and making you very stuffy. They do have a notice stating that they control it. Other than that, great place and super friendly/helpful staff! Within walking distance to Shibuya Crossing and Harajuku. "
