"Nice small hotel is located close to Shibya crossing, very conveient location. It doesn't have an option for breakfast, so it's inconvient. Thanks to this inconvenience, we found out about delicious egg sandwich and milk pudding at Family Mart or 7- Eleven. My room sink didn't work properly; the sink cover didn't stay up, so water could not get drained. Bathtub was also drained very slowly."

"Room was small but quite comfy. Pillows were flat but the bed itself was comfortable. Loved our view from the 16th floor! We had some laundry and was able to do that on the 7th floor but be aware you may need to extend the drying time. We did so like an additional 3 hours total to get our stuff to dry and it was mainly undergarments. We were able to go out and come back to check on it throughout the day. Staff was helpful when we needed to extend our checkout time because we had a late flight. Our cards stopped working and the staff was able to get us new ones working quick. The area was close to a lot of shopping and food options. It was very convenient. Loved the cafe in the lounge! The matcha latte was a must for me every morning. The rooftop park was nice but the weather wasn’t that great during our stay unfortunately so we didn’t get to enjoy much time up there. I would stay here again as it’s so close to the train station and in the same building has so many food options! Also a close walk to the hachiko statue which has been on my bucket list for the longest time. Definitely recommend! "

"If you want to stay in Shibuya for a reasonable price look no further. This location is perfect, right next to Shibuya crossing. Literally 30 second walk. Has everything you need nearby. The hotel is clean and modern, with all amenities and a nice breakfast. Rooms are not spacious but not extremely small either. Perfect for 1-2 people. "
