"Small cramped rooms with step up bathroom. A real budget option that is not value for money. Good location but full of cheap tour groups with over an hours wait to check in. We cancelled our 5 night booking after one night and paid a penalty. Definitely not suitable for a family or persons with mobility issues which is not detailed anywhere on the site and is not considered a reason to cancel without penalty."

"We have stayed here twice as a family of 5- in 2025 and 2023. Ideal and quiet location with walking distance to shibuya scramble. Convenient bus transport from hotel to haneda and narita. Exceptional service and cleanliness and we will continue to return in 2026!"

"Easy check in/out, room cleaning was amazing, breakfast offered a solid selection every morning. Laundry could be better, small machines that took multiple cycles to dry heavier clothes such as a hoodie but had no problem with lighter clothes."
