"Clean room in a very convenient location. Two issues: breakfast was not available as the chef didn't arrive, and on Friday night there was a large loud private party in the bar just below our room which continued until after 1am. The manager relocated us to a quiet room on the 3rd floor which solved that problem."

"We stayed in a Presidential Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus. The staff were all very attentive, the room always well prepared, making for a wonderful stay. "

Has everything you need for a short or long-term stay, and very close to Paddington Station for getting around London and quickly to/from Heathrow as well. Only con: the sofas and carpeting are beginning to show their age, but easy to overlook due to the comfort of everything else. "
