After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. But the distinguishing factor was definitely the people - no request was too small, I was greeted very warmly when I entered and when I left...

The double room is nicely furnished and spacious, bed is comfortable. They make up the room daily. Great location. Had a great stay. Will stay here again.

Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I stayed in Melb!

Toby made us feel not just welcome but warmly welcome. The view from room is fantastic. Location is good, near to Flinders train station.

Had a wonderful stay, just with one mishap. My eyeglasses broke in the middle and I asked the front desk if they could help superglue it back as a temporary fix. When my glasses came back, the 'engineering department' had used heat to melt the plastic and tried to fuse it together. I was horrified and of course, it didn't work and it snapped again immediately. Although I'm not upset about the frame as it was already broken, whatever method they used to melt the plastic also damaged to coating of...

Love this hotel, comfortable, quiet and home away from home.

Situated directly opposite Southern Cross Station, where the Airport Shuttle (SkyBus) pick up/drop off point is located. 3 minutes walk to nearest supermarket (Coles) and Spencer Outlet Centre. Tram station (with free tram services) towards City Centre is just at the doorstep of the hotel. Hotel is relatively new and in great condition. Friendly hotel staff which are very helpful.

As soon as we entered the lobby and rolled up to the front desk, we were warmly welcomed by Kristina. Despite being slightly early for check-in, Kristina cheerfully informed us that our room was ready. We were most grateful to be able to freshen up after a long overnight flight to Melbourne.
