"Terrible. Do not book! The staff were rude, room was dirty and not as advised. The other guess were sketchy, felt so unsafe! The lift didn't work and kept glitching, went to enter the lift and was told i was too heavy and to get out??? (i am not fat??) Overall terrible, as soon i checked in i was already planning the review i was about to write. AND the pool, suana and gym were closed the entire time!!!! (It wasn't even advised) "
