"Beautiful hotel , staff were very friendly ,made us feel at home. The Skyline Suite was gorgeous with lovely views over the city.We celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary on this trip , thank to Pan Pacific for the card and cake it was much appreciated. Club lounge service was excellent all the staff were very professional; the food exceeded my expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, hopefully we will be able to visit again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Jen Lin. The MRT Station is directly across from the hotel making it very easy to travel in Singapore. There is also a small mall linked to the hotel making it easy to buy things you may need. The hotel has a terrific breakfast with different tasty options to eat. It also has a Club Lounge for snacks and wine. Comfortable room and friendly staff."

"Hôtel carte postale et iconique à Singapour: nous n’avons pas été déçus. Tout y est parfait. L’arrivée dans le lobby est un peu chaotique: le hall est bruyant et bondé, mais une fois l’enregistrement terminé (personnel d’accueil ultra attentif et sympathique) on monte dans les étages où règne un calme absolu. Notre chambre (Premier City View) était spacieuse, remplie de toutes les commodités attendues d’un hôtel de ce standing et surtout une vue sur le skyline de Singapour à couper le souffle. La chambre et ses équipements sont impeccables, tellement qu’on a l’impression que l’hôtel vient d’ouvrir ses portes. Après, il y a la piscine sur le toit, raison principale de visite pour un paquet de gens et là encore, c’est à la hauteur des attentes. Nous y sommes allés à plusieurs reprises durant le séjour, il y a toujours de la place (beaucoup de place) et la vue comme l’ambiance sont hors normes. Enfin, c’est tout à côté des Gardens by the Bay et pas loin non plus du quartier colonial et de Chinatown (à distance de marche). En gros, cet hôtel est à la hauteur de sa réputation et à mon sens, est un incontournable si vous voulez vivre la totale dans votre séjour à Singapour!"

"Amazing location and very easy to access with MRT from the airport. The hotel has great social areas to relax in and the gym is very well equipped. The included breakfast was very good. The mall downstairs has plenty of shopping opportunities. Will definitely stay here again."
