Hotel staff Can’t speak much English and room inservice phone always engaged during peak hour. I experience the same in Hilton Malaysia. Unlike Hilton, W Hotel Taiwan always have someone to pick up the phone anytime you order for inservice.
I am willing to pay additional charges for early checked-in but room was hot and they did not prepare aircon in advance and when I feedback they said need 1 hour cooling time because it was just turn on. I emailed reservation in advance for early checked in but they didn’t see the need to prepare. So I asked why didn’t you turn on the aircon 1 hour earlier knowing it takes time to cool down ? After my complain, they said will waive the additional charges but when I checked out I was still billed for this charges until I highlight to them that they promise to waive why bill me?
Generally Hilton in Malaysia, Japan, London do not give me good experiences. I do not recommend Hilton!
