"Service is excellent with efficiency and warmth. Only part was the glitch of receiving club lounge information was not written properly leading to miscommunication that I had booked my stay inclusive of club benefits and it was a shock to me when i checked in. Considering i have a young child and hotel breakfast was part of the plan. Hopefully this review will remove the glitch message and lessen guest's overall stay experience."

"I was impressed with the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff, most especially with Mr. Harry Hong and Boyeon Choi. Mr. Hong and Ms. Choi provided me with helpful answers to my questions and gave me information about the local area. In summary I'm pleased with my stay at Hotel Cappuccino, and I'm planning to stay there again when I return to South Korea."

"Dormy Inn Gangnam is located within walking distances to a few lines, making it super accessible. Many dining options around as well. Fantastic buffet breakfast and the free Yakisoba in the evening is a nice touch. Will stay here again when in Seoul. "
