"This is my second stay at Hotel Riviera. The rooms seem a bit dated but otherwise no complaints. Staff is amazing and speak English, check in took about 3 minutes. Location is great just outside Gangnam-dong tourists areas. It is about a 20 minute walk to COEX there are a few eateries nearby. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the coffee is decent.

"Exceptional service. As good as you’ll get at any 5 star hotel. Staff was helpful on everything from booking events, shows and restaurants. Our suite had a large kitchen, laundry machines and living room (great for when you awake at 3am but your family is still sleeping!) The hotel is also connected to the Coex mall so quick access to some of the best shopping and dining. Also connected to two major subway stations along line 2.
