"The property is beautiful surrounded by a lush forest which brings around wildlife (including some monkeys that can be a bit invasive). The tram at Bunga Raya was really a pleasure, with smiles and warm hospitality. We do have to warn of the sand flies, which left my husband with over 60 bites on his back even after applying repellent (I on the other hand was never bothered much, as with other guests it was a hit or miss). "Not bad not great. The place needs some upkeep, but they trying. You can tell at one time this was a very nice place, but that was a time ago. The beach is nice and the AC worked for the most part. There is limited dining close by. And we did see a couple cockroaches in the place. One was huge. For what we were doing on vacation I think I would have been happier staying at the Marriott in KK for MYR 20 less a night. "
