"The location was pretty centralized at only a short walk to just about everything, including a train and ferry. As for the hotel, the room was spacious and had all that you'd expect in a room (coffee, tea, iron, hair dryer, etc.). Some of the staff roaming the building throughout the day (housekeeping/maintenance) could be more welcoming to guests, but no complaints. It felt as if I had the housekeeping headquarters outside my door at all times, literally sitting on the floor and gathering/prepping for the next cleaning."
