Boutique Bliss
Hamid gave me a warm welcome to an exquisite oasis tucked off a typical Gili Air 'dusty lane' only 12 minutes walk from the harbour. Archipel is a discrete wonder of colour, comfort, mature greenery and with an elegant pool. The rooms are natural, comfortable, modern and inviting. Each has a beautiful recessed terrace, to which breakfast is delivered. Charming and enchanting in all ways.

Good value for money
The email we received from 3W after confirmation was important in figuring out where it is. The horse carts at the harbour asked for too much money so we walked 10 minutes with our heavy suitcase. Hari checked us in and gave us great tips of where to go/eat. He was very helpful; shame the other staff didn't speak English quite as well. The room was simple but nice, though plumbing in the bathroom wasn't very good. The floor fan was loud but that's what it takes for that kind of heat (we didn't have A/C). Gili Air was a wonderful place.

Bed Bugs
We experienced bed bugs in the first night and was quite dissapointed with the managers response saying that would only give one night back considering we had booked 3 and only stayed 1 night and reported early morning about a bad stay. We contacted Expedia who then advised would refund us both remaining nights back which we are yet to recieve.

Underbart hotell! Härlig och hjälpsam personal, jättefint poolområde och mysiga rum. Det enda minuset är att moskén ligger väldigt nära och är ganska högljudd redan kl 04.30 på morgonen. Men det finns öronproppar i receptionen 😊

Nous avons pris une chambre deluxe. L'accueil et le service sont bien. La chambre est bien. On entend assez fort l'appel à la prière de la mosquée. Le premier appel était de 4h15 à 4h35 à cette période. Le bruit de la clim atténue le niveau sonore de l'appel dans la chambre. Dans la salle de bains, il y a une ouverture sur le toit donc la salle de bains est tout le temps ouverte. L'eau chaude n'est pas illimitée mais c'est quasi partout pareil sur l'île. Le WiFi n'est pas bon dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié. C'est un menu à la carte avec pancakes, toast beurre confiture, œufs, assiettes de fruits, boisson chaude et jus de fruits frais. Il y a des travaux juste à côté donc il y a un peu de bruit le matin (9h). Ce serait bien que l'hôtel mette une grille type moutiquaire pour couvrir l'ouverture sur le toit qui est dans la salle de bains. Et il faudrait aussi mettre un rideau sur la porte transparente de la chambre menant à la salle de bains car le soleil tape fort le matin.

Nice hotel with friendly staff
Hotel is located short distance from Turlte beach. I think Turtle beach is Gili Air best beach so the location was good for us. Hotel yard and pool are great. Our hotel room had air conditioner but unfortunately it didnt work. Luckily te room had fan it did not cool much but without it sleeping woulld have been impossible. Also cleaning the room wuold have been room for improvement. Hotel bike hire was cheap, only fair two a day. But bikes were pretty bad childrens mountain bikes. All in all nice hotel which suits well not too demaining voyager.

Wein wird mit den Jahren besser...
... bei diesem Resort liegen die besten Jahre leider in der Vergangenheit. Der Nachttisch hängt auf halb Acht, die Tür zum Badezimmer kann man nicht mehr anschließen. Am Pool sind die Paneelen so morsch dass die Gäste einbrechen. Das Personal meint zu allem: der Techniker kümmert sich später drum. Doch leider kam der während unseren Aufenthalts nicht mehr.

Hôtel moyen pas à la hauteur du personnel
Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans ce cottage et nous avons été déçus quand à la chambre proposée. L'hygiène est douteuse, les draps des lits ( propres) été plein de petites taches ainsi que les housses d'oreiller. La décoration inexistante, la salle de bain est rudimentaire. En revanche, le personnel est très gentil, serviable, souriant. Et l'emplacement est bon.

Schöner Pool alles andere ist nicht so toll.
Nur zum schlafen dort, frühstück war lecherlich, Tee und Kaffee und Wasser könnten man trinken so viel mann will war aber nicht so gut. Zimmer waren nicht so sauber, auf den Bettlacken waren flecken so wie auf den Handtüchern.
