This property was convenient in the sense of it being close to the port which made it easy access when travelling. The staff were very friendly and attentive. however I feel like maybe after Covid (I could be wrong) that there was a lack of attentiveness towards the resort. the rooms were nice but the air conditioning didn’t work very well. The outdoor pool area wasn’t very clean and looked a tiny bit run down. I would reccomend staying on the other side of the island as you can swim at the beach and not be right beside the port, and have better access to more food spots and better beach areas/ pools

The staff at Kura Kura and the location are both fantastic!!! However, the cleanliness and condition of the property were both lacking. The couches were stained in the rooms, we had a hole in our ceiling and the shower door had been completely removed in one of our bathrooms, and the laminate floors were warped, and plaster was peeling off the walls. The pool chairs were stained and ripped. The place could be great with an upgrade (it does not look like the pictures on the website!) and a serious deep clean. Again, we absolutely loved everyone who worked there- just give them a better place to take care of!

Best location on the island! Quiet and we'll maintained. Great air-conditioned night's sleep and all needs and questions immediately taken care of by manager and staff. Perfect breakfast before our 8am snorkel. Big shout out and thank you the staff

Дикий остров.
Небольшой отель, устроенный по-домашнему. То есть никаких излишних условностей. Вода закончилась? Попроси, принесут. Убраться в комнате нужно? Попроси, оставь ключ в двери, уберутся. И так во всем. Легко и просто. Главное на Гили Мено не комфорт, его здесь трудно найти, а дикий островной отдых.

Det eneste være morgenmaden som ikke vær okey. Vi hade ønsket en mer fiber rik morgenmad med rågbrød og grønsage elr musli af nogen slags. Ellers vær service god.

Un buen hotel con carencias importantes
Un hotel bastante bonito para lo que hay por la zona. Aunque hay otras opciones mejor. Ubicado cerca del puerto que eso se agradece para no tener que coger a los pobres caballos. Las habitaciones son bastantes bonitas. PERO! LA LIMPIEZA deja mucho que desear limpiar con una fregona que más que limpiar ensucia. EL DESAYUNO bastante lamentable. Los pancakes sabían a pescado el bacon era malisimo recalentado. Un desastre.

Dear James, Thank you for your feedback. We do receive many complimentary remarks about our hotel and were very surprised to receive your negative comments, however of course, every one is entitled to their own opinion. You suggested that there are better options in the area ( none of which i know of ) Did you undertake room inspections of these other hotels ? We do wash the floors with hot water detergent and a mop. Many other cleaning materials are used to clean the bathroom, windows, and furniture. I don't know why your pancakes " tasted fishy" to you. We have received no other such complaint in the past. If the bacon was over cooked we would have gladly prepared another serving at your request. This would have averted the " disaster" you referred to. As for the "poor horses" you mentioned. This is a way of life on the island, and the only source of income for their owners. The horses work a half day shift and are extremely well looked after, in fact their specialized feed is boated in daily from the mainland. They are rested, washed and sometimes exercised in the ocean. they are beautiful animals and very ell cared for, as you would know, they are the only means of transport on the island as there are no cars or motor bikes allowed on the 3 Gili Islands. please enjoy the rest of our travels.

オーナーをはじめスタッフの方々が本当に親切で常に笑顔で対応してくれました。 親身に要望を聞いてくれたり、コミュニケーションを取ってくれて、とても楽しく安心した旅行ができました。 誕生日のサプライズからシュノーケルの船のチャーターから帰りの船の時間や乗り場まで本当に何から何まで協力してくれて、感謝しかありません。 特に誕生日サプライズの時は出来ることはしてあげたいと言ってくれて、準備に時間がないのに最高のサプライズができたことを本当に感謝しています。 ホテルの部屋は綺麗で可愛くて設備も良くレストランからの眺めも最高で、食事も美味しかったです。 一生の思い出になるとても素敵な旅行ができました。 言葉では表しきれないくらい感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 心のこもったおもてなしをありがとうございました。絶対にまた利用したいです。

Topteam in heerlijk resort
Wat een lieve mensen! Het is echt een team wat er staat. Waren allemaal gek op kinderen, eten was heerlijk en waren super behulpzaam en gastvrij. Complex is redelijk kleinschalig met een heerlijk zwembad en nette ruime kamers. Niet alles verliep vlekkeloos (bij bestelling werd vaak wel iets vergeten en kamer werd niet dagelijks schoongemaakt, tenzij je het vroeg) maar dat maakte voor ons niet uit, als we wat vroegen werd het direct met liefde gedaan. Massage was ook dikke prima! Strand wat voor het resort ligt liggen alle bootjes, voor een lekker strand ga je vanuit het resort naar rechts en na een paar minuutjes lopen heb je daar een mega lekker stuk zandstrand, evt met bedjes.

Lindo lugar.
Lindo lugar. Muy buena atención. Se esmeran mucho para atenderte como corresponde. Buena relación precio calidad. El mejor hotel para no tener que tomar el único medio de transporte de la Isla, que son carros tirados por caballos maltratados. Está justo donde paran los botes hacia las otras islas, sin embargo no generan ninguna molestia. Pegado al mercadito de la Isla y cerca de los ATMs.

Плюсы! Близко от водного причала, куда приплывают/отплывают лодки, наличие супермаркета, в шаговой доступности Шикарный пляж, где можно спокойно искупаться! Доброжелательный персонал! Минусы! Кондиционеры шумят как турбины самолетов и не справляются даже в несильно жаркую погоду....Нет своего пляжа, хотя по фото можно подумать что он есть....Убирают плохо! В ванной комнате стоит запах плесени! Завтраки ОЧЕНЬ скудные "А ля Карт". Мух, даже по азиатским меркам, очень много! Некоторые номера "смотрят" на стену. Часть Фотографий не соответствует действительности...

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Dotato di piscina con acqua salata. Hotel in posizione ottima (attaccato a dove arrivano e partono le barche per le altre isole). Hotel fronte spiaggia e vicino a minimarket Camere nuove e confortevoli (ovviamente per lo standard dell'isola) Ristorante (con buona ristorazione) con vista mare Avevamo letto matrimoniale (king size) + materassone per la bimba Consigliato
