A quiet and relaxing place to stay that’s close to everything, yet feels like it’s far away. Definitely rent the bikes everyday as it’s the fastest way to get around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the awesome stay!

Great place,and a great price
We booked 2 rooms, at Gili palms, only about 10 min easy walk from the jetty. the checkin was a breeze, the pool was excellent relief from the hot day lazying on the near by beaches. the room fridge was a big bonus stocked full of drinks and snacks at good prices, bike hire is also available Excellent breakfast . Great value for money.

Good value for money
We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good value. Pool was clean. Room was small but had everything we needed including A/C, well-stocked fridge and comfortable bed. We had some minor leakage with the rain and the exterior bugs were pesky, but other than that we had a great stay.

Nice hotel close to all the attractions
This hotel is very well managed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast was the best in town. The location was perfect just close enough to the busy nightlife via bike but far enough away to have a peaceful night sleep. I would highly recommend Gili Palm Resort.

Great place.
Room was big enough for two, a slight squeeze for three. Staff were friendly. Facilities were clean. Location was great for the very short walk to the main strip, the walk down the dark alley wasn't great at night.

Lovely oasis. I cannot complain at all
Perfectly situated hotel with fantastic staff and rooms that’s are ideal and big. rooms cleaned daily and the best mini bar I’ve ever had (stocked with everything and reasonably priced). The pool area is lovely and quiet which is unusual for Gili T. The whole place was amazing value for money.

Clean and pleasant hotel
It was a pleasant and clean hotel. Overall good experience. My favourite part of the hotel was the cats that live there. There was a good size swimming pool and free breakfast.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Only 2 bad points was the cats in the kitchen area and our room had a door leading to the next room so we could hear everything. The shower was outside but in the day it was roasting hot and the sun would be directly on you and the barroom area got full of water when showering. Very clean though and excellent customer service from the staff

Gili Palms is about a km north of the main noisy party area of Gili Trawangan, so it was nice to be in a quiet area at night. Great place! I will stay here again when I visit.

Lovely tranquil place that felt like home
Felt very cared for. All the staff were kind and fun to be with. The pool was refreshing, and the lush plants provided shade and privacy. The beds were comfortable and so was the chaise-lounge in front of the unit, which had its own fan. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I t was more than a hotel. It was more like a family home. It was also interesting to meet families and single people from various parts of the world in the pool area and the breakfast tables. Would highly recommend this place, and hope to go back there.

Good rooms and relaxation. Friendly staff
Amazing stay. The staff is very helpful, location is perfect. It's only few minutes walk to all major sites including clubs while at the same time very quite at night due to its setting. Rooms are spacious and mini bar is like a mini market with very reasonable prices.

Great place to stay
Staff were really friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Even let me borrow a mobile to make a call. Room was spotless and was far enough away from the bars and mosque so was quiet.

A friend was celebrating his birthday, and had stayed here previously, so i did not compare it with other hotels. Firstly I want state that communication with the hotel, and Memet, was brilliant. His responses to queries were very quick. We walked from the jetty to Gili Palms. Did not take long and gave us a chance to see what was around. Dont let the laneway to the hotel scare you. Its worth it. Our twin room was huge. They all have open air bathrooms which was really lovely (even for this non-camper!) Water was not overly hot, but that did not really matter. We had no trouble using the WIFI. Did not even turn on the TV. I found the mini bar prices to be competitive with local stores (if not better!). The free breakfast was enough to start your day. You had a range of choices. I found it to be of similar quality to that from the accommodation we had on the mainland. The swimming pool was lovely. Big enough to share with the other guests whilst still maintaining quite a comfortable personable feel. It is salt water, and does warm up during the day. There were some 'floaties' in the water, but put these down to the trees etc around the pool. The resort is also a good distance from the mosques so you do not hear the early morning prayers, thankfully. Mini Golf across the road will all sorts of activities. Resort also lent our group snorkels etc for free. Bike hire available too. Make sure you say hi to Ruby - a lovely english lady who is currently living the dream

friendly helpful staff
although there was a mix up with our reservation, the management went to great effort to help us as much as they could. they were so helpful, the mistake was forgotten. although not beachfront, it is only 1/2 mins walk to the oceanfront. great chilled out bars and awesome swimming/snorkelling in this area. also great food and super relaxed atmosphere. complimentary masks and snorkels are also available to borrow from Gilli Palms

Loved the quiet, v comfortable and well appointed room, small pool, extremely clean. 5 out of 5 for staff attitude . Mehmet the manager very switched on and helpful. 100 m to the beach, 10-12 mins walk to the harbour (5 mins by bike) . Top place

Rooms are excellent, staff is very friendly, breakfast is good, nice swimmingpool. The location is a bit from the bars but it doensn't matter if you want a quite accomodation, you can walk to the barstreet (15-20 minutes).

Ruhig, schöne Anlage und Pool. Sehr nettes Personal! Gute Schnorchelmöglichkeiten direkt am Strand. Flossen und Masken stellt das Hotel für lau, Fahräder für ca. 3 Euro täglich (Taschenlampe mitnehmen)

Very nice place
On the "busy" side of the island but is located in a quiet alley. No noise at all! Short walk from all the restaurants and turtle point. Very friendly and helpful manager and staff. The rooms were clean and just the right size. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in on my trip. Absolute recommend this place.

Trevligt hotell med fantastisk personal!
Rummen var enkla, men rena. Hotellet hade en jättefin ”innegård” med pool och solstolar med mycket växter runt om. Det låg bara ca 400 meter från strand och strandgatan på Gili T. Tips är verkligen att hyra cyklarna då trafik inte finns! Personalen var underbara! Trevliga och gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas, vilket vi också gjorde! Wi-fi finns, men man loggas ut när man inte använder och ibland är det lite trögt. Men absolut fungerande! Helt klart valuta för pengarna!

리뷰가 좋아서 갔었는데.. 실망이였습니다.
가격대비 후기가 좋아서 예약했는데. 전체적으로 별로 였습니다. 화장실 샤워실위에 천장 뚫여있고 불켜도 어두워서 밤엔 씻는거 조차 힘들었고. 벌레 모기 도 다들어오고 ㅋㅋ물도 잘안내려가서 물이 가득찼었고..뜨거운물도 안나와서 2박3일동안 찬물로 샤워했더니 감기까지 걸렸네요.. 객실안에는 물도없고 아무것도 없습니다. 칫솔같은것도 없구요. 챙겨 가시는게 좋구요..조식은.. 미고랭 나시고랭 시켰는데. 미고랭 라면봉지 들고 와서 직접만들어 주드라구요 ㅋㅋ 맛은 나쁘진않았네요. 스노쿨링이랑 오리발 공짜로 빌려주는데. 다뜯어지고.. 상태안좋아요 ㅋㅋ물다들어오고..자전거도 숙소에서 빌려주긴 하나... 자전거 역시 허접해서 모래많은곳은 자전거 끌고 가야돼요 ㅋㅋ 숙소로 들어가는 골목길엔 가로등 하나 없어서 밤에 여자혼자 다니긴 무서울듯 싶네요. 골목길엔 박쥐가 날아다니드라구요 ....ㅋㅋ 아그리고 객실 청소하고 나서도 타올도 안챙겨주니깐 타올달라고 꼭 얘기해야됩니다. 담번에 또 길리를 간다면 비싸도 괜찮은 숙소를 갈렵니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Fint litet hotell med bra pool och service. Det ligger på en sidogatan till stora gatan och därmed fint och lugnt. Service är mycket trevligt och snabbt.

깨끗하고 관리가 잘되는 숙소였어요 방 크기가 약간 적지만 밖에서 오래 있을거라몀 동아와서 쉬기는 좋았어요 항구에서 걸어서 10분정도 걸려요 작지맘 수영장도 있고 아침식사도 주문받아서 바로 만들어주었습니다 직원들의 서비스가 남다르게 친잘했는데 발리에서 길리로 가는 배가 안떠서 하루 뒤로 미뤄달라고 메일을 보냈더니 흔쾌히 날짜변경울 해줬습니다 그리고 스노클링하다가 발목응 다쳐서 약 파는 곳을 알려달라햤더니 네가지 약을 가져와서 소독해주고 약 발라주고 방수밴드까지 븥여줬어요! 서비스가 정말 감동이었네요.

Mysigt och fint hotell
Vi trivdes jättebra då det är ett lugnt hotell och område med närhet till både strand, restauranger och uteliv. Däremot var det så pass långt från utelivet så att man inte märkte av det på kvällarna. Fräsch pool, mysig trädgård och superbra rum! Ända nackdelen är att man får välja ett alternativ på frukosten, hade till exempel inte yoghurt och müsli. Men annars kanon!

Gutes Hotel
Gutes Hotel im nördlicheren Teil von der Insel. Etwas versteckt gelegen. Kein Hinweisschild. Einfach Schild nach Gili Golf folgen. Strand 3 min vom Hotel. Sehr guter Platz zum schnorcheln. Ruhige Lage doch man ist schnell im Geschehen.

Fint og rent budgethotel
Fint budgethotel, som ligger i rolige omgivelser. Hotellet ligger ca 50 m. fra stranden, dog er vejet fra stranden til hotellet lidt snusket og uden lys om aftenen, men vi følte os sikre alligevel. Fin pool og terrasse ved hvert værelse. Vi havde problemer med koldt vand og svingende aircondition, hvorfor vi blev flyttet til et andet værelse. Vandet til bad er generelt lidt varmere end lunkent, men det generede ikke os, da temperaturen er høj på Gili T. Meget venligt personale på stedet. Morgenmaden er standard, som så mange andre steder.

静かな休日
ビーチから徒歩数分入って場所のため夜も喧騒から離れて静かに過ごせます。ちょっと歩いてビーチにいくもよし、プールで過ごすもよし。部屋は無駄がなく広々してます。Wi-Fiも問題なし。シャワーの湯は太陽光を利用しているのか夜は冷めてましたが気温が高いので苦ではありませんでした。 朝食はメニューが多く屋外でのんびりいただけます。とにかくスタッフがフレンドリーで親切で気持ちのよいおもてなしでした。 １つだけ残念なのはビーチ沿いではないので、他のホテルが半プライベートビーチ可してパラソルを陣取っているので、このホテル占有の場所がないために日陰を探すのが難しいこと。日陰にこだわらない方なら何も問題ないでしょう

Best staff in Gili!
We only booked 3 nights, but ended up staying for a week. This hotel provided us with the best hotel experience we have ever had. The rooms was comfortable, pool was fine and the area was great. But best of all was the staff and hotel manager. With them, it was like being around friends all the time. Always talking and joking. The hotel manager Memet, made sure that we had everything we needed all time. No request was to big for him. When we left, it was like saying goodbye to family. This hotel derseves the best rating! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bra familjehotell
Vi bodde två vuxna och ett barn på 14 år. Vi är nöjda med läget då det låg en bit ifrån nattlivet men ändå nära strand, butiker och restauranger. Bra service och frukost på hotellet. Det enda negativa var att det var ganska lyhört, då vi fick en granne som lät mycket.
