I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trawangan Dive Resort during my vacation in Gili Trawangan, and I cannot rave enough about this incredible place. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. One of the first things I noticed about the resort was how clean and well-maintained it is. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, providing a much-needed retreat after a long day of exploring the island. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day, ensuring that everything was neat and tidy. The highlight of my stay was definitely the dive center attached to the resort. The staff there were not only knowledgeable and professional but also very passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt confident and safe during my dives. The dive sites around Gili Trawangan are simply stunning, and thanks to the expertise of the instructors, I had some truly unforgettable experiences underwater. What sets Trawangan Dive Resort apart, though, is the overall atmosphere of happiness and positivity that pervades the place. Every member of the staff seems genuinely happy to be there, which creates a contagiously joyful vibe throughout the resort. The smiles and laughter of both the employees and guests are truly infectious, making it impossible not to feel content and relaxed during your stay. The property was at a great location, not too far from the pier. Has a beautiful restaurant. Amazing staff and a decent breakfast. Ths swim up bar is also a great addition.

Great location. The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working properly definitely wasn’t 18 degrees like the remote control said it was.

I am a bit disappointed that you didn't mention anything about your air conditioner when you were staying with us so that we could fix it for you . We have a full team of engineering and house keeping staff who would have happily solved any problems on-site for you, had we known. Our staff are always so happy to help. Out of all the properties on Gili Trawangan Island I considered Trawangan Dive to be one of the best. Excellent service and helpful staff, beautiful breakfast buffet with freshly made pancakes and eggs made for you on the spot, clean and comfortable rooms. The diving facilities next door was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is going to Gili Trawangan.

Amazing stay and dive
Amazing time at Trawangan Dive. Location, service, room and food are really fabulous. And not to forget the best dive instructors.. My Family and me can’t wait to return in the near future. Would recommend to anybody.

Great Stay! Would stay again
My stay was great. The only reason I did not give it a higher rating was because they could improve on the maintenance of the rooms. The room we were in seemed as though no one had stayed in it for a while. The curtains were really dust with spiders all over it and one of the hinges to unlock one side of the double door was broken. We reported this to the front desk and they had someone come out and fix everything immediately (they had to saw a piece of the hinge off). But the staff were sooo great and they fixed everything so quickly that it was completely fine and not a deal breaker at all. If you are staying there I suggest just sending them a message ahead of time and requesting to have the room cleaned extra thoroughly before you arrive, in case the room hasn’t been used in a while. Other than that I have no complaints and would stay again. The location was great, walking distance from where the boat docks and right on the beach. The shower was very hot. The facility is nice for the most part. Breakfast was great (buffet style). Friendly and supportive staff are really what make this place worth staying at.

From the outside it looks like more of a diving stand but there’s actually an amazing hotel behind the shop front! The rooms were air conditioned great and we’re very clean and decorated nicely. The bed was comfy and we also got in room massages which made me almost fall asleep. Highly recommend! Their restaurant food was amazing also!

Clean hotel with fantastic staff
Very clean and the room was full of everything which you need Staff were extra impeccable with great service Hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk from the main night life area however.

This hotel is in a perfect location and the staff are amazing. The breakfast has a wide variety and again staff are brilliant. I stayed for 4 nights and wouldn’t hesitate staying again will be recommending to friends.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the property was kept very clean. Even the shared/public washrooms next to the pool were always clean whenever I had to sneak out of the pool bar. The included breakfast was substantial. I highly recommend diving here even if you are not staying, the instructors are very patient and thorough and overall it was a phenomenal first diving experience - not once did it feel unsafe. Highly recommended.

Very good location near the harbour and clean rooms. Wifi is extremely slow and cuts off very often. Bed is too squeaky.

Right on the beach.
The location is the best on Trawangan. The beach at this place can be used at any tide for swimming and snorkeling, unlike almost anywhere else on the island where reef's make it hard for swimming during low tide. Plenty of trees also on the beach for shade. It's in the heart of the action as well. Great place.

The best location on Gili T and modern amenities
This was a great stay in the best part of the island. The hotel is very modern, has all the facilities you can ask for and is the place to be, highly recommended. The attached cafe/restaurant has a good menu and is able to be ordered from an upstairs view, couches by the pool or on tables or sun beds by the beach.

we got promo luxury double bed room but when its raining there was a leak at few location 😪 no telephone inside the room, hard to contact the reseptionist cause it was raining clean inside but not too clean outside the room (terrace) but location is in front of the beach eventhough there alot of woodsboats surrounding the beach.

Nice and big room. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. Location is perfect. A few minutes to the beach but not so close to the bars, which are very noisy in the night.

It's a good place BUT it would be wrong not to mention my attempt at sleep. I've travelled to many Asian countries and slept in all standards of hotels and in people's homes, so I'm used to much firmer beds than is usual in Australia. But I have never, ever attempted to sleep on a bed as hard as at Trawangan Dive. I even tried sleeping on the pillows on top of the bed and finally gave up and slept outside on their more comfortable seating. Of course the aircon didn't work out there but hey, at least I got a couple of hours sleep

BEST HOTEL ON GILLI
Nothing but positive things to say about our stay at Trawangan Dive. The staff were incredible and so lovely. They even accommodated us for the day we were supposed to check out by holding onto our bags as we missed our boat transfer. The location is perfect, right on the beach and the main road of the island. Again staff were above and beyond kind to us and we will one thousand percent stay here again.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and would go out of their way to help. Only have 3 minor negatives, wifi in the rooms was non existent, had to keep going to reception, the beds were on the hard side and the water pressure not that good. The hotel is very well set up for scuba diving so if you are interested in lounging by the pool this may not be the hotel for you.

The overall room condition was good. The bedroom is comfortable and big, and the bathroom is not very fancy but it is well designed. I really appreciated the hotel has very helpful staff, he helped me to find multi gender while Im struggling with the outlet.

Hotel is in a good location far enough away from the busy part but close enough if you want to get into the action. Average hotel and price is reasonable with a basic buffet breakfast. If you don't like Muslim prays bring ear plugs as mosk right next door.

Best place to stay in Gili T
I spent 4 nights here and got my advanced diving certification. Room was clean and new, and I really enjoyed having food right next to the beach. Staff are all very kind and helpful. I'd like to thanks to diving instructors who made my stay even more enjoyable, especially to Deni, who has been amazing guide for how to find regulator and Nick for alert everyone to see Manta ray, I will never forget this. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The hotel is centrally located in Gili T close to restaurants, bars and retail outlets. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the overall layout of the hotel provides a feeling of privacy. I wouldn't recommend the hotel unless you were a diver as the front of the hotel and pool areas are dominated by diving courses.

We were only there for 3 nights but had a great time . watching the sunset at Ombuk sunset beach resort and snorkelling to see the turtles. The food was good the last night we had a wonderful hamburger.
