Everything is great food in nice room clean pool in all staff are nice in good thanks a lot were coming back again

The room was lovely!! The shower area was outdoor, which we knew when we booked the hotel. As we went in Oct when the weather was hotter, showering outdoor was no issue. Would expect it to be too cold during the cooler months though.. and if it rains. The honeymoon floral arrangements were wonderful too. but when we soaked in the bathtub, noticed 2 big worms inside and quickly left. Breakfast was amazing! Quite embarrassing when we ordered everything in the menu and the portion was HUGE! ...

Super nice team of people, from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping and the restaurant team, all are very attentive and greet us with smile every time. When there were large amount of ants near by the pool, I asked for housekeeping and he immediately activated the pest control and ants were all gone by the evening. The scenaries are breathtaking, we just stayed in the whole day and just enjoyed the view from sunrise till sunset.

Nice spacious villa with L shaped private pool. Food was delicious and staff super friendly. Was my second stay in this property and I will come back!!

Staff at reception was great; with beautiful room facing the pool and forest; clean & large room & bathroom. Hotel is abit far from Ubud main town but the friendly complimentary shuttle private transport more than compensate for this.

We had a delightful time at this resort - the staff were consistently considerate and helpful and anxious to assist. The hotel meals were great, with excellent ambience. The accomodation was very comfortable - luxurious rooms, with wonderful views. We loved the place, and the people!
