"Staff were very customer focused especially Alex and Luke and a French girl we didn’t get her name. Room was great except shower was slippery. Breakfast was outstanding and Bell hops were great with our luggage!"

"Really enjoyed my stay here - very comfortable beds and a very functional place to stay. Quick and easy to check in and out and for a good price as well. I would say though, that there is little natural light in the rooms if you are planning on spending a lot of time in your room."

"I had a perfect stay at the hotel. They kindly had my room ready early, it was very clean & a good size. The location couldn’t have been better, less than 5 minutes to the Opera House! The breakfast the next morning was fantastic with lots of choice. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"The Parkroyal is a fantastic location, walking distance to everything. The room a quite large and the King bed was comfy with nice long pillows. Staff and Vallet were lovely. Stayed here a few times now. "
