I stayed here for a business trip because the Mels Weldon had such an awful smell. This hotel was good. Nothing luxurious but the rooms were small and clean and well designed. The overall feel of hotel was good and had no complaints other than the food at the hotel was limited. However, the Starbucks was right next door. I have different expectations for business travel than I do for leisure. This hotel checked my most important box of cleanliness so I was very satisfied.

Impressive Service
Very nice hotel, the location is near many stores. The employees at the front desk speak very good english, which is not usual for China^^ The room was very nice, clean plus beautiful decoration and featured all what you need, nice slippers, bathrob etc. Looking forward to my next stay there.

Highly recommended
The hotel is along Humen Boulevard which is conveniently located near the shopping area. I love this property for its cleanliness and thoughtfulness in interior design; ie. open concept bathroom, rotatable mirror and wide bathroom counter. I think this is one of the better mecure properties. I will definitely make this my go-to-hotel when I go to Humen.

Good value in Hume
Good hotel to stay in the winter season. I've stayed here in the summer and found the aircon to be inadequate for the subtropical climate. It's not a problem when the outside temp is less than 20 C. Being on my own most of the stay, I eat at the buffet dinner. For guests, the dinner is discounted to a very reasonable price. The only drawback is the occasional bus tour that crowds the restaurant making it difficult to get food from the stations. The hotel is very central, but the immediate area is unpleasant. The back of the hotel sits on one of the canals in the city that smells and operates as a sewer. If you go for a walk to the park or cross the canal, be prepared for odor. There's a starbucks next door at the grand noble hotel. I've stayed at the grand noble as well; it's more expensive, but has different drawbacks that make the Mercure attractive.

Ver Nice Hotel to be in when in Humen, Dongguan
Have stayed in this hotel for a couple of times. Each time was always no surprised - the staff are ever courteous and the rooms are very well kept and clean. Kept from the busy side of town, this hotel is convenient with food and shopping.

Great hotel and fast Wifi
I'm returning customer, I've been visiting this hotel more than 8 years. Front dest staffs are kind and speaks English very well. Room always clean and bed sheets are always completely dry even it's summer time. This hotel has the fastest Wifi ever, even faster than 5 star hotel. Great for business travelers.

Good hotel but use spring water to brush ur teeth
The rooms are on the small side but its good for the money I paid. We paid extra to get the bigger room with a separate bathtub. First night was okay but on the 2nd night, the bath tub was pouring out hot water with black sands. By the time the tub filled about 3 inches, I could see a layer of sands on the bottom. So at 2:00 AM, I was forced to change the room on the same floor. The bed in this room was not as comfortable but I was not going to take a shower or bath with this black water. I was afraid the entire floor shared the same water pipe but it doesn't seem so. Anyway, i started to use spring water to brush my teeth.

The hotel aircon is basically not working and can't be adjusted. It's hot. There is a very weird smell in the aircon it's very bad. Service is good though and room is ok

Comfy bed, but bad air conditioning
The room was clean and tidy. Spacious too. But the air conditioning for the room was not circulating well, didn't feel cold (even when the temperature was tuned to the coolest) and gave out a mouldy smell. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

エントランスに入るとアロマかなにかの効果で、とても良い香りがして、清潔さが漂うホテルです。部屋はもちろん様々な面でも気配りを感じます。またシャワーの勢いと中国では当たり前の湯温の不安定さ、排水の悪さなどは全くなく、かなり快適なホテルだと言えます。中国では様々なホテルをこれまで利用しましたが私の中では総合評価1位のホテルでした。
