The hotel was a fine place to stay. Well establish older hotel with clean rooms and a nice lobby. A little further from the airport than I thought it would be though.
Staff not efficient on comunication.dont understand much on customer needs.asking for place of interest,shopping area dont give much help.very upset staying for four day just go to metro station an
Not convenient, too far from public transportation and not even close to airport. The price not that cheap too.

Many places has mole and very dusty. No tissues in room. Bathroom has no shower curtains. Bathroom not clean

VASANITY IS POOR... IF GO JUST RESTRICT YOUR SELF IN THE ROOM AND AT THE TIME OF FLIGHT GOTO AIRPORT BY SHUTTLE SERVICE ... DIRECTLY...
Hotel is just Horrible, hard to understand! Food had hair in it twice! Overall the worst hotel ever.

He knew I was from Canada, but they gave me 4th floor which did not have heating in room, then after my request they moved me to third floor where rooms had heating. There was no complimentary water, not clean towels

Not bad for business travellers
1. Room is close to airport,shuttle is there (not very frequent though).
2.very spacious, had 2 double beds for 1 person.
3. price was resonable.
not bad for low budget business travellers but not recommended for tourist as its way too far from downtown where the actual action is. Nearby also not many things to go to.
Reception people: speak no english at all. Some of them were kind enough to help me by using english to chinese converters.

Very disappointed
No one at the front desk spoke English. It was a good thing there was a man who spoke broken English who was checking out so he could help me. The shuttle service also has zero markings on it to make you know if you're getting onto the right bus or not and the driver didn't speak English either so I had to guess that it was the right bus after standing around for an hour waiting for it. I had even called in advance to make sure this wouldn't happen and it didn't make any difference. Also, they kept asking for payment meanwhile I had an online receipt from hotels.com that stated I was all paid and set. It was not a deposit as they so insisted. After wasting nearly 2 hours trying to just get into a room, I walked in and went to lay on the bed and it was literally a large plank of wood. Absolutely no mattress. Talk about zero comfort after such a long flight. Needless to say I wouldn't stay there again.

에어컨이 전혀 작동되지 않고 밤새도록 침대 옆 수도관에서 물소리가 흐르더니 아침 6시부터 지독한 소음에 깨어보니 옆방에서 인테리어를 하는데 참아도 참아도 오전 내내 시끄러워 빨리 체크아웃하고 나왔네요.
