The hardware is good, new and pretty, but I think the staffs need more training if the hotel want to be rate as a 5 star hotel as stated. If this is a 4 star hotel, I will say experience is more of acceptable. Breakfast is disappointing, food is up to standard, but again, problem with staff training of their cleanliness, basic knowledge of what utensils are needed to prepare for various kinds of food. Some food especially drinks were literally empty without refill towards the end of breakfast time (half hour before) and coffee’s really bad, that can ruin a lot people’s morning.

Verything good, but buffet breakfast is bad and extra buffet breakfast for is very expensive. RMB 160 per person. However the bed and pillow are very very comfortable whichblet me had a nice sleep, it is important for me

Service not matching the quality of the hotel
The attitude of the front desk was really really bad, never really looked after the client and was not willing to admit mistakes. Lie about the description of the rooms, so make sure you check the room vs. photos on booking website. Room, lift lobby was dirty with dead flies lying around. Food at breakfast was lukewarm as best.

Nice stay
Close to ice world, very good! The balcony area is so big, can really fit a queen size bed! Wasting lots of space. Perfect if the room has outdoor hanging rack, that we can hang our wet swimming clothes. Breakfast buffet basically the same everyday.

房間整潔舒適,裝修上檔次。但某姓林的前台女接待員態度極差。 問直通車位置,並沒有明確給客人指引,叫客人自己去查。 信用卡的$1000 押金也沒有再退房當刻檢查房間給確定,問什麼時候能確定退款,林接待員的回應是:我下班前 再問確定時間,回應是:不確定,不知道。 (假如客人附現金做押金,也要等到她下班才能拿押金走嗎?) 林小姐的解釋完全不合理,一不附合一般的酒店辦事情序。 本人已離開廣洲兩天,仍然沒有收到退款有沒有收到酒點的更進,事情不了了之。 本人不清楚這是該酒店的辦事手法或是林小姐的個人操手問題。 酒店環景裝修地店佳不錯,唯前台服務極另人反感

繼續加油,才對得起五星及房價
離融創商場走路8分鐘,位置非常方便!酒店2樓的中餐廳非常有水準,值得一試! 酒店早餐非常豐富,讓我第一天很後悔沒有早起去吃早餐:) 但是,萬達嘉華的入住辦理時間實在是太久了!直到傍晚6時後才能進房! 房間的隔音有改善空間,淺眠的人應該會要考慮一下! 晚上請人再多送兩瓶水,2個小時內4個電話後,水終於到了! 很明顯的,在酒店客人多的時候,員工應該是人手不足的! 房間打掃非常非常之慢,我們早上出門,掛上立即打掃,下午6點回來,還沒有清理房間,這種情形在任何的五星酒店應該都不會看見,而且,打掃的質量有待加強,因為才剛開業,浴室竟然都見不少的發霉!!不值這個位在花都區號稱五星接近千元的平日房價,(唯一值得讚一下的是面對湖的景色還不錯)

很好的入住體驗
房間很大和乾淨 鄰近融創茂行程不過於十分鐘 很方便 最重要的是香港有直通巴士可到達酒店!另外早餐是自助餐 有很多款式也很好味!

可能是聖誕節,人手不足,房間清潔尚可,但沒有更換足夠浴巾,因為我們是2大2小。早餐雖然是upgrade 免費,可是又是人手不足,pancakes 沒有honey同syrup,沒有叉子.

地方清潔乾淨,大堂宏偉,工作人員友善,早到了可提早check in, 免費升級湖景房, 房間用品齊全,需要額外的清潔用品可以於短時間內送到。check out方便快捷。

酒店 是新開的, 房間各樣都很新淨,因為入住是平日,人不多, 這是行程主要去融創滑雪塲,而酒店 根滑雪場距離只是二三百米 很方便
