"I had the most wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Sydney. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding – every staff member I encountered, from valet parking to the concierge, was warm, attentive, and genuinely obliging.
The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Opera House. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the space spotless, and every detail thoughtfully prepared to make the stay as relaxing as possible.

The small items like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc made it very convenient, dishes were clean, trash could be taken out and dropped into the chute by the lifts. I will be staying there again! "Such a cute and quaint place to stay, my daughter and I just needed an overnight but I wish that we were able to stay a little longer in this cute space. Very clean well decorated the only thing I wasn’t sure of was how to make a tea because I couldn’t find a kettle But otherwise everything was great. We also landed late and I had received a call while I was flying, and because they couldn’t reach me, they sent me a text on how to get in after hours, which was perfect. Super close to the train station and walking distance to a lot of our favourite things that we needed to do down in Sydney."
