"The hotel was right above a station, which made travelling around Osaka so easy. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were amazing; they helped us out with an issue with our luggage forwarding. The only small issue we can hear the noise of the cars through the window which made sleeping difficult."

I appreciated the deep, soaking bathtubs, hot water, and Toto bidet toilets. The complimentary coffee and beverage refreshments in the lobby were a welcome reward at the end of a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and a one-time breakfast buffet credit for becoming a reward member is a nice feature. If only American hotels were this well managed."
