Don’t recommend. So surprise to me due to have some issue during my stay. 1st no make up room when I come back even though I already request, the time almost 5:30pm. Next is no new sleeping shoes for me to change, 3rd no body wash. Highly recommend the group doing the improvement ASAP

The hotel was really nice, just a few things I would change. There was no air conditioning in our hotel rooms bathroom and the air conditioning in the room took several hours to catch up with the heat after we checked in. We let the receptionist know about the room being hot and she said the air conditioner was working normally.

Great Hotel!
We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and new and the staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts in the morning were amazing! The price was a little high compares to other locations in Hai Phong, but being close to some of the newly built shops and restaurants makes up for it.

The hotel is great. Room is spacious. My room has a great view to the park. Quiet neighborhood. The hotel is also attached to a shopping mall. Make shopping trip easier. Overall a great stayed for me.

The hotel was so clean and spacious! The breakfast buffet was so good, there were so many choices! The gym was very well equipped. My only comment for improvement would be to have the elevators air conditioned and for the AC in the hallways to always be on.

a Good hotel to become Great hotel
The hotel is new & nice. All of the staff I met are friendly, however, they require more trainning. 2 instances indicated the hotel management have big rooms for improvement. They scheduled a fire alarm testing at 8:30am in the morning, the board-casting last for 20 minutes. Couples kids were playing soccers in the lobby but the hotel staff did nothing.
