Excellent service and very spacious room for solo travelers. Worthy of its 5-star rating. The location is a bit quiet as it is between Hakata and Tenjin areas.

Location is very good. Close to shopping malls and restaurants. Train station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Check in and check out is convenient and you can leave your luggage. There are lockers and coin laundry machine for washer and dryer.

Good location within walking distance to shopping and food. However, we feel that the staff are a bit rigid (especially in terms of check in time and check out time). There was also one particular lady who didn’t speak very good English and was kind of rude. A bit unusual for Japanese as she appeared rather annoyed because of several additional questions I asked about keeping luggages.

Great location with lots of shopping nearby. Very trendy area. Shout out to the coffee stand opposite the hotel - we visited everyday.
However it's an apartment so you are expected to keep the place clean. We didn't use the loft at all because it felt flimsy and tiny for bigger sized people. We just slept on the sofa bed and created a makeshift sleeping area in the living room. Heating on the first floor is poor. We were quite cold during the winter.

Great location near the Ichiran building in Nakasu and also near the yatai street. It’s tucked in a quiet corner so it’s not noisy despite the proximity to many bars and restaurants.
Clean rooms and amenities, and the beds are comfortable too, and the public onsen is a plus for those who enjoy it.
