The room was very safe and quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. Although the room was shared, my privacy was well protected. The shower and toilet were separated, locked, and cleaned regularly. There was also a smart toilet available.

Recommend this hotel
Located in a Bay Area, very close to seaside. It’s nicely renovated building with a modern decorated interior. Room is small maintained clean. I’d like to stay there again if I have a next chance to go to Hakodate.

Hotel was walking distance from the tram station and directly opposite the Red Brick Warehouse. You can walk to Mt Hakodate Ropeway from the hotel too. There are multiple bunk beds in each room, and each room comes with a small area to sit down and rest. There is a play area for kids and the lounge where you can have a great view of the port and sea just opposite the hotel.

Hotel is very well located right beside the bay area and 3 - 5 mins walk from the streetcar station. Room is big with huge toilet.

gorgeous hotel. modern and almost luxurious feel. hits all the right spot if you're a hipster too.room was bigger than expected and toilets was very sleek and modern. Hotel was sat next to plenty of amenities and tourist destination like the red brick house and the Motomachi hill areas. Rooftop view was superb too. just be careful not to open crackers in front of crows :) did not like the lack of lifts and that the toilet was way too echo-ey.

Nice hostel in Hakodate. Easy 20 minute walk from Hakodate Station. Close to supermarket and Mt Hakodate. Bunk was spacious and bathrooms clean. Great kitchen and terrace on top floor. 100% would stay again.

Very quiet and great location with tram stops 1 and 3 blocks away. Good size rooms on the bank side and gorgeous view at breakfast. Huge shower and lovely bathroom products

Missing the details.
Location and staff were great. The hotel overall was beautiful, but my room needed some sprucing up. There were a LOT of scuffs and weird discoloration don the wall and mildew in the bathroom.

The stay itself was fine; but we paid a hefty price, $206, while the listed price on apps on the same day was less than half of it. I contacted Hotels.com, it was not able to resolve or adjust; nor was able to cancel.

It was very new, well kept, clean, trendy and in a great location for tourists as it is in a walkable neighbourhood and close to the tram or streetcar. The only downside is that it is about still 15-20 minutes from Hakodate train station.

Sincere staff, a short tram ride from JR but well sited for good food and views. Friendly, considerate staff too, one of us sprained her ankle after slipping on ice, staff provided medical patches and ice packs without asking. Loved the rooms too, spacious, modern and clean. Would have been even better if Netflix had been activated in our rooms.

Too far to walk from Hakodate station but taxi ride is quite affordable at approximately 710yen. From hotel, you can walk to ropeway station. Hotel staff is friendly. But hotel walls look dirty. Bathroom lacks towel hangers

This place was great and highly recommended. Has many areas to rest and talk to other guests, has a kitchen just in case you feel like cooking and the view on the roof top was awesome!! Especially the time I went when they had fireworks on the docks, great view!!

This is a very nice hotel to lodge in with good English speaking hotel reception staff. We received a room with split level (1 room for 2 adults on the lower floor and 1 room for 2 adults on the Upper Floor). The Upper Floor gave us access to the roof and we could clearly see Mount Hakodate from there and parts of the town. The room was very comfortable, with a large bathroom. It is situated near the Red Brick Warehouses and merely 10 minutes walk to Mount Hakodate Ropeway. There is also a tram station nearby that gives us easy access to the Hakodate Train Stn, Morning Market and Town Centre. Highly recommended.

Clean and Nice Hotel.
Stayed in the mansionette. It is very clean and has 2 bedrooms on 2 floors. There is no lift in the old block. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is available close by about 600 yen for 24hours. Hotel is close by to the market where by you can shop and have rice bowls.
