There was very little English spoken. I can speak ok Japanese but when Wotif tried to contact the property they had communications problems. I was also accidentally charged 10x the correct amount. This was resolved but should not have happened and again no one seemed able to explain the issue in English.

Excellent staff and quality breakfast. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. During the stay my wife became unwell and the hotel staff was extremely helpful in finding a hospital, arranging the doctor visit and coordinated everything as we couldn't speak Japanese. I feel so lucky that we selected this hotel and received above and beyond hospitality. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable! It’s sooo good. The staffs are good, friendly and professional. Easy check in. This hotel is literally in front of the JR station. Plenty of food around it. Breakfast are amazing! Definitely recommended!

The property is dated but clean and in an excellent location. Lift doors don’t have sensor almost closed on our stroller every time. Infant cot provided wasn’t usable it was held together with tape and very unstable.

Loved It!
Checking in was a breeze. Staff were very pleasant & warm. Room was both clean & comfortable. Room & toilet amenities were more than adequate. Breakfast spread was wonderful...I would recommend booking with breakfast. Location is truly unbeatable. Right opposite the JR Hakodate Station, about a 2 minute walk. Walking distance to most sights & tourist spits in and around the area. The housekeeping staff were excellent. Kudos to the staff & management. Will stay here again. Highly recommended. *we found our room was a slight warm. Needed a fan which was quickly provided. I think the hotel has the heat on.

Best location, Great stay
We stayed for four days. The hotel location is excellent, directly opposite the JR train station and bus station. Room very spacious. Beds very comfortable. Facilities great. Morning market is only just around the corner. It is a bit pricy but worth it for a wonderful stay.

We loved this hotel! Staff was kind and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was yummy and many choices! The lobby had couch and drink that we could enjoy and relax after long walk. Checkin lady gave us a map with a list of recommended restaurants, bus and shuttle schedule. They are pros!
