We were treated with great hospitality in this onsen hotel. It started from great shuttle service pick up from Gora station and the welcome tea. Our room has an amazing view of the mountain around us. The private onsen has a perfect temperature and well maintained. Their breakfast and dinner are very nicely made and always delicious. This is a beautiful upscale ryokan. A gem. Did a lot of research and so happy to find this place. Service is impeccable. Food delicious. Rooms comfortable. Private onsen is the best as well as the view. Location to Hakone Ropeway couldn’t be any better. Take the cool elevator up from hotel and you are there. Massage is Shiatsu so if you used to regular massages you should pass. Overall, a great stay.
