Hot live station for omlettes/ egg royal/ egg Benedict etc. with very friendly and polite staff serving during breakfast attending to your needs. To name a few there was Irene / Emma. Absolutely faultless. "

"This place was exactly what I was hoping for during my trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were welcoming and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The whole property had a calm and relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night. It made getting good sleep very easy. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

"I had a wonderful stay in the Club Room at the Daewoo Hotel Hanoi, and it truly exceeded my expectations. This is my 7th or 8th stay with them in the club room.
From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The Club Room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with elegant décor and great views of the city. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and everything—from cleanliness to in-room amenities—was thoughtfully prepared.
One of the highlights of the stay was access to the Club Lounge. The atmosphere there was perfect for both relaxing and informal meetings. The selection of breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was impressive, with a good mix of local and international options. The staff in the lounge were especially courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Its location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Hanoi.
Overall, my stay at Daewoo Hotel Hanoi was comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend the Club Room experience to anyone looking for a premium stay in Hanoi, and I look forward to returning again."
