"The service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure."

"We stayed at Ibis styles for 3 nights. The hotel is clean. Staff is courteous. The breakfast is superb. The restaurant meals were very tasty.
We had a problem with the AC not staying on and were given another room without hesitation since we had two more nights.
Very close proximity to Terminal 2 with easy access to very inexpensive airport bus."
"This is such a nice hotel for a fair price in a very convenient location to the Heathrow airport. The hotel staff were very helpful. We had an issue reading the last number on our room card and one of the staff noticed in the hallway looking lost and helped us decipher it. hahah The front desk people were also very kind; offering advice on safety and currency as two young female travelers.
I especially loved the kiosk to order an uber to the hotel! So helpful when jet lagged and not having it already downloaded on your phone.
My only complaint would be the water temperature in the shower was lukewarm at best. I had a very quick shower and there were no washcloths—only hand towels. I’m wondering if this is a cultural thing as the other hotel I stayed at on this trip also does not have washcloths. So to all North Americans bring your own washcloths or loofas.
